Athletic Gym Chalk is used to reduce friction from contact with sports equipment. This chalk is a solid block form made from magnesium carbonate. Combine sports chalk with pole vault grip tape for an even better grip.  It doesn’t make you stronger but it will help your grip on a heavy set and keep your bar dry during a workout.
