Description
Strength Power Resistance Band add resistance to standard strength building exercises, like chest presses and squats. Offset body weight for pull-ups and tricep dips. Bands are also a great tool for increasing flexibility and range of motion.

- Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching exercises.
- Black Medium (0.85″) 2.20cm Resistance is 25 – 65 pounds.
- Good choice as a general use band and a specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds during walks, high knees, or sprints.
- Purple Heavy (1.25″) – 3.20 cm wide Resistance is 30 – 80 pounds.
- Good choice as a general use band and a specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds during walks, high knees, or sprints.
- Green Extra Heavy (1.8″) – 4.40 cm wide Resistance is 50 – 120 pounds.
- This band is also a good size for general use and for adding resistance to people from 140 to 200 pounds for body movements. Good choice for pull up training.
