The Viking 101 Flat Incline Decline Bench has a solid design with comfortable padding that makes this an ideal free-weight bench.
The bench features a sturdy frame constructed from powder-coated steel and comfortable high density deluxe boxed upholstery that firmly supports body. An adjustable back pad allows flat, incline, decline, and military style presses. Padded rollers provide a comfortable perch for legs to support proper form during leg exercises.
