What is Bluetooth FTMS?

FTMS (“Fitness Machine Service Protocol”) is the latest Bluetooth standard to wirelessly connect directly to fitness equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers, and more. XTERRA Fitness has implemented FTMS into its latest range of products to elevate the training experience for users of all levels.
