ADJUSTABLE ARM PULLEY STATION
Providing you with a full body strength workout, the X2 takes a home workout to a whole new level. The adjustable arm cable station has 11 position adjustments which provides you with a wide variety of exercises including Core Training, Functional Training, Sport Specific and Cable Dumbbell Training.
AB CRUNCH AND MID PULLEY STATION
Carve out our abs with the Ab Crunch station which will provide you with an intense core workout to help you tone up and reach your fitness goal. The mid pulley station allows you to complete a variety of exercises such as a standing upright row which works the trapezius, rhomboids, and even the biceps muscles.
HIGH/LOW PULLEY STATION
The popular high/ow pulley station will provide you with many alternative exercises such as the lateral pull downs, triceps push downs and low rows. Sculpt your arms and legs with performing abductor leg kicks, biceps curl and upright rows. These are just a few of many exercises which you can complete on the high/low pulley station.
LEG EXTENSION/CURL STATION
Give your quads and hamstrings the ultimate workout with the leg extension/curl station. Using this station will strengthen the hamstring and quads while also improving your overall strength, endurance and speed as well as improving your hip and knee stability.
ADJUSTABLE SEAT
The fully padded adjustable seat is designed for maximum comfort that is easily adjusted to fit all users. Simply squeeze the remote handle conveniently placed under the seat and the spring-assisted seat easily moves to your desired height.
